Hey There, I’m William (Bill)

I began my real estate career in 2004 from my dorm room while studying Finance and Economics at Florida Gulf Coast University and since then I have spent more than a decade working extensively in residential real estate throughout all Southwest Florida, helping buyers and sellers realize their real estate goals.

Whether it’s waterfront homes, luxury properties, multi-family homes, new construction and more, one thing I’ve learned is that the assistance of an experienced professional can make the difference between a deal gone right and a deal gone wrong. From 2007 through 2009 I travelled the country as a real estate investment advisor and in 2016 I joined an exclusive group of REALTORS worldwide and became a Graduate of the REALTOR Institute, receiving my GRI designation.
